Southwest Airlines

Southwest Airlines, a leading player in the aviation industry, entrusted their Technology Performance & Analytics (TP&A) team, operating under the Office of the CIO, with the crucial responsibility of enhancing their data and analytical reporting capabilities. The team reached out to the Aspirent consulting firm who asked me to lead the design of the project. The focus was on transforming the existing Power BI-based IT executive dashboard into a more dynamic and efficient Tableau-driven solution.

As the UX/UI consultant for this project, my primary role was to ensure that the user experience was at the forefront of the design process. This involved collaborating closely with the TP&A team, understanding user needs, and translating those needs into an intuitive and visually appealing Tableau dashboard.
